Dear sir/madam

I am writing to apply for the role of photography studio assistant currently advertised on Indeed. Please find enclosed a copy of my CV.

After achieving successfully the Level 2, I am now in the first year of  studying a Level 3 Extended diploma, UAL Awarding Body Creative Media Production and Technology and Photography at Leyton Sixth Form College. I am a motivated and independent media student and keen to learn new skills and develop myself within the media industry especially in Photography as I want to take photography as my career path. I have been learning how to develop broad-based production skills such as editing moving images, footages and photos using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

During a photography session, I am responsible for checking if the lights are in correct aim and tone, and is working correctly, I have full knowledge of studio lighting and quick to act as a strong support for the Head Photographer, as in many sessions I have ensured that there are outfits ready for the models, and products are in order to be used as well as equipment’s.

I consider myself as an outgoing and confident individual with a passion for all subjects regarding media and photography. I am both fluent in Turkish and English which helps my communication skills, both verbal and written. Being able to work independently and well in a team, shows that I could adapt to my surroundings as well as being controlled whilst under pressure in a fast-paced environment (e.g. studios). I am a fast learner and an observant listener who could take constructive criticism to help build on existing knowledge and also help develop new skills.

With the experience and expertise, I have, I strongly believe that I would be an asset to your team at Major Players.

Thank you very much for considering my application. I would look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Zehra Dara
